The best part is that I have had the privilege of personally photographing at almost every single one of these venues.

BEST WEDDING VENUES IN RIVERSIDE, CA

1. The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa - 3649 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside, CA 92501

   Located in the heart of Downtown Riverside, The Mission Inn is one of Southern California’s most famous historic landmarks. There have been Hollywood stars, Presidents, and multiple generations of families that have had their weddings and honeymoons at The Mission Inn. There is three ceremony locations, two are chapels and one outdoor, and six reception locations to choose from for any type of event.

2. Loft 84 Wedding & Event Venue - (blog post) 3840 Lemon St, Riverside, CA 92501

   This gorgeous and very unique wedding venue is located in Downtown Riverside, California, just minutes from Thee Olde Chapel and The Mission Inn. Loft 84 features a dazzling view of Downtown Riverside, elegant banquet room with a capacity of 250, balcony for grand entrances and bouquet and garter tosses, full bar, an elevator, speakeasy styled cocktail hour room, easy access to Downtown Riverside for beautiful city style romantic portraits, located near a lot of churches, plenty of preferred vendors, amazing getting ready rooms with enough room for large wedding parties, and a staff that is top tier!

3. Thee Olde Chapel - 3478 14th St, Riverside, CA 92501

   Just down the street from Loft 84, this beautiful vintage wedding chapel features an intimate setting for any wedding or ceremony no matter your religion. This historic landmark has mission style Spanish architecture, original stained glass windows and vintage touches throughout the venue.

4. The California Citrus State Historic Park Weddings - 9400 Dufferin Ave, Riverside, CA 92503

   This award winning venue is located within The California Citrus State Historic Park and features an outdoor ceremony site that is surrounded by orange groves, bridal suite, beautiful natural park for portrait locations, and venue that can accommodate up to 160 guests.

5. The Retreat by Wedgewood Weddings - 8007 Soft Winds Dr, Corona, CA 92883

   This beautiful Spanish style venue is located in the hills of Corona, California just minutes from the I-15 freeway. The venue features scenic views of the Ortega Mountain Range, Spanish architecture, and wildflower valleys with California Golden Poppies in the spring. The outside cocktail space is also ideal for alfresco dining, and the adjacent ceremony site - with real grass lawns.

6. Glen Ivy Golf Club - 24400 Trilogy Pkwy, Corona, CA 92883

   This venue is located at the foot of the Santa Ana mountains in Corona. With a private Ceremony Lawn that overlooks a cascading waterfall, surrounded by lush greenery, which perfectly focuses the attention on the couple. They have a newly opened 300 person Ivy Ballroom and surrounding patio, that is perfect for any type of event.

7. Eagle Glen Golf Club - 1800 Eagle Glen Pkwy, Corona, CA 92883

   This Venue is located just minutes from Downtown Corona, with beautiful views of the Santa Ana Mountains, delicious buffet with vegan and vegetarian options, and both Groom and Bridal suites for getting ready.

8. Villa Amalfi at Hidden Valley Golf Club - 10 Clubhouse Dr, Norco, CA 92860

   Nestled within the hills of Norco, CA this elegant wedding venue gives a feeling of being in the country side away from the city, with only being minutes from Norco and Corona! It features panoramic windows in the venue for amazing views for first dances, speeches, and more. Brides and Grooms will be taken by golf cart to the most beautiful spots on the course perfect for portraits and video.

   The Grove of Redlands is a beautiful wedding venue located in Redlands, California. This wedding venue features amazing views of the San Bernardino Mountains as the ceremony backdrop, exquisite locations within the venue for breathtaking romantic photographs, unique Bride’s and Groom’s Houses, fire pits, plenty of room for weddings of all sizes, orange groves, and most importantly a staff that is great!

2. The Barton House of Redlands - 20 Nevada St Suite 203, Redlands, CA 92373

   The historic Barton House of Redlands wedding and event venue is located just minutes from Downtown Redlands, California. The venue has a lush manicured lawn, breathtaking views of the nearby San Gorgonio Mountains and surrounding seasonal roses and trees. They have a wonderful staff and a ton of top vendors they can refer. This venue offers a lot of unique photo spots including their iconic balcony, not to mention all of popular photo locations in Redlands.

3. Kimberly Crest House & Gardens - 1325 Prospect Dr, Redlands, CA 92373

   Located in the heart of historic Redlands, Kimberly Crest House & Gardens was in Built in 1897, and is a charming French Chateau with Italian-style gardens doubles as both a museum of historical significance and as a storybook setting for photography, events and special celebrations.

4. The Mitten Building - 345 N 5th St # A, Redlands, CA 92374

   This historic venue is located in the heart of Downtown Redlands. The Mitten Building was built in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House! It has two rooms for events, The Main room seating up to 500 guests, and the Summerbell Room seating up to 230 guests, and outdoor garden patio that seats up to 100.

1. Shore Acres Lodge Big Bear Lake - 41693 Big Bear Blvd, Box 110410 Big Bear Lake, CA 92315

   This lodge sits right at the beach of Big Bear Lake, walking distance from Downtown Big Bear. As an event and wedding venue it features a beautiful Mountain View, surrounded by pine trees, and the sound of the lake water crashing on to the shore. This venue is completely outdoors, with the exception of the lodges for getting ready’s and staying the night.

2. Sky Park Weddings - 28950 CA-18, Skyforest, CA 92385

   This venue is an epic outdoor ceremony and romantic twilight reception in the forest. Located right off Highway 18, you are just minutes from Downtown Lake Arrowhead.

3. Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa - 27984 CA-189, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352

   Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is a secluded hotel wedding venue located in Downtown Lake Arrowhead, California. This venue offers eight stunning event spaces to host an array of wedding celebrations. Its lakeside location is surrounded by towering pine trees and offers a picturesque setting for your special day.

1. The Saguaro Palm Springs - 1800 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264

   This amazing venue located in the heart of Palm Springs is one of the most colorful and unique venues/hotels you will ever see. They have a top notch staff, delicious catering, amazing views and backdrops, and a vibe like no other! There is plenty of rooms to accommodate traveling family and friends coming to your wedding, and It’s only a 5 minute drive to the Palm Springs International Airport .

BEST WEDDING VENUES IN SAN DIEGO, CA

1. BRICK - 2863 Historic Decatur Rd, San Diego, CA 92106

   This unique event space is located in the Art’s District of San Diego’s Liberty Station community, formally the Naval Training Center, and embodies the beauty and character of the area’s most historic buildings. The venue is 5,000 sq. ft. and has a seating capacity of 220+, and a standing capacity of more. They allow outside vendors and have plenty of referrals. You will have amazing views of the bay and only a 10 minute drive from Sunset Cliffs Beach.

2. El Camino Country Club - 3202 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA 92056

   This venue is located in Oceanside at a stunning golf course surrounded by beautiful views. There are many hotel and airbnb options nearby, and stores across the street but not visible from the venue. It features a ceremony site as well as a reception room with a max occupancy of 250.
